1st Transnational Project Meeting | Serbia, 5 February 2024
On February the 5th, 2024, the Women Going Greener consortium gathered in Belgrade for its 1st Transnational Project Meeting, hosted by Elektropionir. The event brought together all project partners from Greece, Italy, and Serbia to align on key project activities, management, and dissemination strategies.
The meeting opened with a welcome speech from the hosting organization and participant registration. WEnCoop provided an overview of the project’s objectives, budget, timeline, and documentation procedures, including travel proofs. This was followed by a detailed presentation of the Quality Assurance Plan, focusing on goals, questionnaires, and the overall Management and Coordination Plan.
After a coffee break, partners delved into Activity 2, centered on the “Female Entrepreneurs Going Greener” training material. Elektropionir presented the Manual of Implementation, while Rinascita discussed the organization of focus groups. All partners contributed to the development of training modules and agreed on deadlines.
Following lunch, Rinascita led discussions on Activity 6: Dissemination, outlining the dissemination plan, project website, and social media engagement strategies.
The meeting concluded with closing remarks summarizing upcoming tasks, deadlines, and distribution of certificates of participation, accompanied by group photos.
This well-structured meeting fostered strong cooperation and set a clear roadmap for advancing the project’s aim to support female entrepreneurs in adopting greener business practices.
