Final Transnational Project Meeting | Italy, 26–27 March 2025
The final Transnational Project Meeting of the Women Going Greener project took place on 26 and 27 March 2025 in Lecce, Italy, hosted by project partner Rinascita. Held in a hybrid format, the meeting brought together all partners from Greece, Italy, and Serbia to evaluate project outcomes, reinforce sustainability strategies, and close the project with shared reflections and forward-looking plans.
Day 1 – 26 March 2025
After welcoming remarks and a review of the Hackathon outcomes, the partners presented a comprehensive overview of project activities and deliverables:
- WEnCoop led the discussion on management, coordination, and implementation timelines (Activity 1).
- Elektropionir and WEnCoop jointly presented progress on the training and capacity-building components (Activities 2 & 3).
- The results of the “Female SMEs Going Greener” Action Plan (Activity 4) were showcased by Elektropionir.
The day concluded with the initial presentation and discussion of the Policy Recommendation Paper (Activity 5), incorporating insights from the Hackathon and collecting partner feedback to guide its finalization.
Day 2 – 27 March 2025
The meeting continued with an in-depth session on finalizing the Policy Recommendation Paper, followed by a coffee break and a review of dissemination strategies (Activity 6). Rinascita outlined the project’s outreach achievements, online presence, and strategies for ensuring visibility of results beyond the project’s lifetime.
In the afternoon, the focus shifted to sustainability and future collaboration. WEnCoop led discussions on the exploitation of results and explored potential for continued partnership and scaling of the project model. The meeting concluded with an internal evaluation session reflecting on lessons learned, followed by closing remarks, certificates of participation, and a group photo.
This final meeting not only celebrated the achievements of Women Going Greener but also solidified a shared commitment to advancing sustainable female entrepreneurship in Europe beyond the project’s end.
